I’m Dennis Petersen, coach, facilitator, and systems thinker. I help leaders make sense of complexity, navigate change, and enjoy the process again.

Good strategy dies when it lives in slides. This workshop connects strategy to day-to-day decisions using clear OKRs and a visible Obeya room. We draw on Marty Cagan’s product principles, Kotter’s change thinking, and practical Obeya patterns that work in real teams.
Moving from builder to leader is a shift in how you create value. In this hands-on session you will practice simple leadership moves that scale your impact without creating process for process’ sake. We pull from Daniel Goleman’s leadership styles, evidence-based change, and lean experimentation you can use the next day.
Each workshop is built using “Training from the Back of the Room” principles, so participants leave with new skills, not just notes.
