Alcohol-free is an option many teams love – but not a requirement. The focus is on good conversation, a relaxed vibe, and a shared experience that doesn’t feel like ‘just another office thing.’

Not at all. While I’ve worked a lot with product, engineering, and delivery teams, the core of my work (clarity, collaboration, and smarter ways of working) applies across functions. Marketing, ops, HR… I’ve worked with them all.

 

Absolutely. Many engagements blend elements of workshops, facilitation, and coaching. If your team needs a bit of everything, we’ll design something that fits.

Yes. I’m comfortable running fully remote or in-person sessions depending on your setup. The content and energy will adapt, so your team gets value either way.

I don’t recommend a hybrid setup, as it creates an uneven experience for the people participating, and you end up with the worst of both worlds. Usually, in these situations, we recommend fully committing to either remote or in-person facilitation, as either creates a more cohesive and smooth session than a hybrid.

It depends on the size and scope, but for most sessions, 2–4 weeks’ notice is ideal. That gives us time to co-design the experience and handle logistics smoothly.

Yes, and they’re often where the most traction happens. I’ve run sessions with executive teams, senior leads, and cross-functional leadership groups.

Definitely. I’ll always adapt the language, metaphors, and activities to fit your context. This isn’t about introducing yet another model; it’s about making your team more effective with what already matters to them.

Pricing depends on scope, format, and engagement length. I offer half-day, full-day, and retainer-style packages. We’ll align on what works for your budget before anything is booked.
